The original constitution and bylaws of the Assam Association of Vancouver were drafted and filed in 2017.Over the years there were changes and amendments, which resulted in the current constitution. Quaterly board meetings are held at the Library, Fleetwood Surrey, BC. All members of the Assam Association can attend the meetings. Notification of your planned attendance to the Secretary is preferred, but not a requirement
